E-book Terms of Sale

Achieve Performance Mindset — version 4 November 2026 — immediate digital delivery

1. Seller and scope

Standalone e-books and digital workbooks purchased through this website’s Stripe payment process are sold by Joanna Latała, Achieve Performance Mindset, Teleskopgatan 14, lgh 1801, 415 57 Göteborg, Sweden. Contact: performancemindsetjoannalatala@gmail.com, +46 737 208 063.

Stripe processes payment; it is not the seller of the workbook. Frilans Finans does not supply these standalone e-books. Separate terms apply to live teaching invoiced through Frilans Finans. These terms do not by themselves offer a coaching session or a combined workbook-and-coaching package.

2. What you purchase

The product page describes the title, language, contents, format and included resources. The current workbook, 21 Days Before Performance, is supplied as digital HTML content packaged in a ZIP download. It is not a physical book. Any expressly advertised included PDF bonus forms part of the purchase.

You need an internet connection for downloading, sufficient storage, a way to extract ZIP files, and a browser capable of opening the supplied HTML files. Extract the package before opening its main HTML file and keep related files together. Check the compatibility information on the product page before ordering; contact Joanna if unsure about your device. Any specific compatibility or functionality promised on the product page remains part of the agreement.

Your purchase is a single payment for the described version and its stated features, not a subscription. No private coaching is included in a standalone workbook purchase. Legally required conformity and security updates remain included where applicable; there is no promise of every future edition or unrelated new content.

3. Price and ordering

Consumer prices are stated in EUR and include any applicable VAT. The final amount is displayed before you confirm payment. No shipping charge applies to the download. Any bank or currency-conversion charge imposed by your payment provider is governed by your agreement with it.

You can review the product and price and correct your entered details before payment. Selecting the final payment button places a paid order. The contract is formed when successful payment is confirmed and the order is accepted by the website’s order confirmation. If payment fails, no completed purchase is confirmed. If a payment is taken but an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be refunded promptly.

An order confirmation, the applicable terms and withdrawal information are supplied by email in a form you can retain. Please enter an accurate email address and check spam folders if necessary. Buying a workbook does not subscribe you to marketing.

4. Digital delivery and access problems

The workbook is made available for download after successful payment, as advertised on its product page. The order confirmation provides access or download instructions. Keep a personal backup after downloading. This is a downloadable product, not a promise of indefinite hosted account access.

If you cannot obtain or open the files, contact Joanna with your order reference or the email used for purchase. Do not send card details. A missing, expired or defective download link does not remove your right to receive the purchased content; Joanna will help restore access or provide a replacement copy where appropriate.

5. Personal-use licence

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the workbook for your own learning, including revisiting it for future performances. You may keep personal backup copies and print material where permitted by the supplied format. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holder.

You may not resell, publicly upload, share the files or download link, or reproduce the workbook as materials for a class or another commercial product without permission, except where law allows. Teachers may use it for their own learning; distributing copies to students requires a separate licence.

6. Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For this downloadable e-book, you may expressly request that delivery begins immediately, during that period, and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.

Before immediate delivery, you must actively give this consent and acknowledgement through the separate, unticked digital-delivery checkbox presented during ordering. Accepting the general terms alone does not record that choice. We provide confirmation of the contract, including your express consent and acknowledgement, by email in a form you can retain.

Once supply has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, and the required contract confirmation has been provided, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Supply begins when the purchased digital content is made available to you for downloading or access. You do not need to have read the entire workbook for supply to have begun. After these conditions are met, a change of mind does not entitle you to a refund.

If you have not given the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not begin immediate delivery under this exception. Contact Joanna to arrange delivery after the withdrawal period if you prefer not to request immediate delivery. Where the legal conditions for loss of withdrawal rights have not been met, any withdrawal right remains available; payment, a general terms checkbox or downloading alone must not be treated as a substitute for those conditions.

Where a right of withdrawal remains, notify Joanna by a clear email or through the website’s Withdraw from a purchase function. Identify yourself and the purchase. The model withdrawal form is optional, and no explanation is needed. Send notice within the applicable period, including any mandatory extension. Refunds due following valid withdrawal are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt of notice using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise without extra cost. Stop using the content and delete your copies after withdrawal.

This exception concerns change-of-mind withdrawal only. It does not remove your rights if the file is defective, not delivered or otherwise fails to conform to the agreement. Those rights are explained below.

7. Non-delivery and defective content

The content must conform to the agreement and applicable consumer law. Report missing files, access failures or material defects promptly. Joanna will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or correct or replace the content without charge and without significant inconvenience. Where the legal conditions are met, you may seek a price reduction, termination and refund, or other statutory remedies. These rights are distinct from the withdrawal period and are not limited to 14 days.

8. Educational purpose

The workbook provides educational mental-training information. It is not diagnosis, psychotherapy or medical treatment. It does not guarantee competition results, audition success or elimination of anxiety. You choose how to apply exercises to your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy and complaints

The website Privacy Policy explains order, payment and contact-data processing. Optional tracking is addressed in the Cookie Policy. Marketing consent is separate from the purchase.

Send complaints to Joanna using the contact details above. Joanna aims to respond within 14 calendar days. Eligible unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), https://www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. Cross-border consumers may also seek help from their European Consumer Centre where available.

Swedish law applies without removing mandatory protections applicable in a consumer’s country of habitual residence. Nothing restricts mandatory rights concerning competent courts. The version supplied with your order applies to that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
