Achieve Performance Mindset – Individual Coaching

1. Scope of Services

Individual coaching sessions are designed to support musicians in developing mental performance skills, strategic preparation, and performance stability. Coaching is educational in nature and does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical psychological services.

2. Booking & Payment

• All sessions and packages must be paid in advance.
• Payment confirms your booking and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
• Packages (5 or 10 sessions) must be used within:

• 3 months (5-session package)

• 6 months (10-session package)
  • Long-term programmes follow the schedule agreed individually.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged in full.
• In case of emergency, rescheduling may be offered at discretion.

If the coach needs to reschedule, an alternative time will be offered promptly.

4. Client Responsibility

Results depend on the client’s commitment and active participation. Coaching includes exercises and strategies that require implementation between sessions. The coach does not guarantee specific competition results, placements, or professional outcomes.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, frameworks, and written resources provided during the coaching process remain the intellectual property of Achieve Performance Mindset and may not be copied, distributed, or taught without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are provided in good faith. The coach shall not be held liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in sessions or programmes.

8. Agreement

By purchasing a session or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
