Discovery Session (Complimentary First Call)

1. Purpose of the Discovery Session
The Discovery Session is a complimentary introductory call designed to assess the client’s needs, clarify goals, and determine whether ongoing coaching services are appropriate.
This session is consultative in nature and does not constitute full coaching, therapy, or long-term strategic programme development.
The Discovery Session is available once per person.
2. Booking & Attendance
The session must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling system.
If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Missed calls or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in refusal of future complimentary sessions.
The coach reserves the right to decline or discontinue the session if it is determined that the services are not a suitable fit.
3. No Obligation
Participation in the Discovery Session does not create any obligation to purchase coaching services. Likewise, the coach is not obligated to offer ongoing services following the call.
4. Nature of Services
Coaching services are educational and performance-oriented in nature. They do not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, or any licensed healthcare services.
No guarantees are made regarding competition results, professional outcomes, or specific achievements.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results following the session. Any insights or recommendations shared during the call are for informational purposes only.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during the Discovery Session is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, concepts, or materials presented during the session remain the intellectual property of Achieve Performance Mindset and may not be copied, distributed, or taught without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in the Discovery Session.
9. Agreement
By booking the Discovery Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
