1. General Provisions

The organizer of the online course “Achieve Performance Mindset – Mental Training for Musicians” (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”) is Joanna LataÅ‚a (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

The Course is conducted online via the Zoom platform.

These Terms & Conditions define the rules of participation in the Course, as well as the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the Participants.

Participation in the Course constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

Participant – an adult individual (18 years or older) who enrolls in and participates in the Course.

Organizer – the person responsible for organizing and delivering the Course.

Fee – the price for participation in the Course, as specified by the Organizer.

3. Enrollment and Reservation of a Place

Participation in the Course requires full payment of the Course Fee within 24 hours of submitting the registration form.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If the number of applicants exceeds the available places, the Participant will be informed immediately and any payment made will be refunded within 7 days.

4. Course Format

The Course consists of 15 online sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.

The Course runs from February 16, 2026, to June 22, 2026.

Sessions are conducted according to the schedule provided after registration.

Classes take place via the Zoom platform.

Participants are expected to attend sessions according to the established schedule.

Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another group.

All sessions are recorded. Participants who cannot attend live sessions will receive access to the recordings.

5. Recording and Distribution Policy

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, sharing, or distributing the Course sessions or materials in any form.

Access to the Course is personal and non-transferable. Only the registered Participant may attend the sessions.

Taking screenshots, photographs, or recording the image or voice of other participants is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of these rules may result in legal liability and removal from the Course without a refund.

6. Course Materials

After each session, Participants will receive course materials, which may include recordings (time-limited access), worksheets, exercises, or written materials.

All materials are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only.

7. Changes to Schedule or Program

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Course schedule due to organizational reasons, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.

Participants will be informed of any changes via email.

The Organizer also reserves the right to modify the course content if necessary to better meet the needs of the group, without altering the overall scope and objectives of the Course.

8. Participant Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during sessions.

Disruptive behavior, offensive language, harassment, or any actions that interfere with the Course or the comfort of other Participants may result in immediate removal from the Course without a refund.

9. Disclaimer – Mental Health

The Course provides educational and training-based content related to mental preparation for musical performance.

The Course does not constitute psychological therapy, medical treatment, or mental health counseling, and is not a substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care.

Participants take full responsibility for their mental and emotional well-being during and after the Course.

10. Liability

Due to the online nature of the Course, the Organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the Participant’s side, including internet connectivity, hardware, or software problems.

The Organizer does not guarantee specific artistic, professional, or career outcomes as a result of participation in the Course.

11. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Refunds are available only in the event of Course cancellation by the Organizer or lack of available space.

No refunds are issued for Participant withdrawal after the Course has started.

In accordance with EU consumer law, Participants have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase.

By enrolling in the Course and consenting to the immediate commencement of services, the Participant acknowledges that once the Course has begun, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

12. Technical Requirements

To participate in the Course, the Participant must have:

  • a stable internet connection,

  • a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone,

  • the Zoom application installed.

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the Participant’s side.

13. Data Protection

The Organizer is the controller of personal data.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering the Course, in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Participants have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of, or request deletion of their personal data.

14. Pricing

Early Bird Price: €400
(valid for payments made until the end of January 2026)

After this date, the Organizer reserves the right to apply a regular price.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with participation in the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.

16. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, platform outages, or other force majeure events.

17. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Organizer’s website.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Participants will be informed of any changes via email.
