By purchasing a product from Achieve Performance Mindset (Joanna Latała), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Product

This product is a digital download (PDF,,HTML,EBOOK format). No physical product will be shipped.

Once payment is processed, you will receive access to the eBook and/or bonus material via download link or email.

2. Usage Rights

You are purchasing one (1) personal license for individual use.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share this product in any format with others. This includes sharing files with students, colleagues, or on digital platforms.

Commercial use, duplication, or modification for resale is strictly prohibited.

3. Coaching Session (if applicable)

If your purchase includes a 1:1 Coaching Session, the following applies:

• The session must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom or another agreed-upon platform.

• No refunds are issued for missed or unused sessions.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made and the product delivered.
