Together, we will identify the psychological patterns influencing your performance, including pressure triggers, focus stability, emotional regulation and pre-performance preparation. This is not a general consultation. It is a strategic assessment aimed at clarifying where you are, what may be limiting your consistency under pressure, and what level of mental preparation is required for your next artistic step. You will leave the session with greater clarity about your performance strengths, the specific mental gaps that need attention, and whether structured high-performance work together would be the right next step. When booking, please briefly describe your current professional situation, upcoming performances or auditions, and the main challenges you experience under pressure.
