


Preparing for Competition
This course is dedicated to advanced and professional musicians who are preparing for competition.
Description:
"Preparing for Competition" is a personalized course designed for musicians who are seeking to achieve peak performance during competitions. The program is tailored to meet each individual's specific needs and consists primarily of one-on-one sessions, during which we work together to create a comprehensive plan and program for the preparation process. My focus is entirely on you, with each meeting and program designed to suit your unique requirements. My ultimate goal is to help you fully prepare for your next competition and perform at your best when it matters most. In our first session, we work together to create a plan and set goals that are based on your individual needs. I help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in terms of mental preparation for peak performance. Throughout the preparation phase, I offer mental support before, during, and after the competition, as recovery support is just as critical as the preparation phase itself. The program includes one-on-one meetings held mostly once per week for four to five months, leading up to the competition. Our meetings take place online. Sessions can be divided into smaller chats, such as 30-minute or 15-minute meetings, depending on your needs and the level of your program. The course encompasses: At least 20 hours of one-on-one meetings Intensive Full Preparation Program for Mental Training, comprising seven chapters Support during the process of preparation, during and after the competition Creation of a personalized plan to develop your strengths and weaknesses Daily guide to fully understanding all seven chapters of Mental Training Weekly guide to building your confidence 21-day plan leading up to the competition Plan for recovery after the competition Performance Practice Program to improve your stage presentation skills Please note that if you are preparing for a competition one or two years in advance, it's advisable to start working with me as soon as possible. Preparation for peak performance is a process that may take several months, depending on your skills. After achieving a stable high-performance level, it's beneficial to continue expanding your comfort zone. If you have a short-term competition preparation requirement (a few months or weeks before the compettion(a few months or weeks before the Competition) I will work with you to focus on the most critical needs and buildyour confidence as much as possible during this time. Individual Lesson, First Call, and Individual Package (5 hours), and Individual Session during Preparation for Competition Course Terms and Conditions: You can book your lesson time between 7 days and up to 2 days in advance. Please select your lesson and time carefully, as they are non-refundable and cannot be changed once booked. Workshops and Lectures at the University, Course and Youth Orchestra Course Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions for these courses are discussed individually with each institution.
